Tates Birthday Party-

Tate's turning 3 on Thursday the 14th, we had his party on Saturday! It turned out pretty good and he had a really good time. We had it at a park not too far from where we live, the weather wasn't as good as I would have liked, but it was still beautiful, just a little windy. Saturday morning was super crazy, Eric took the boys to soccer and I did all the running around for the party. I got a 3ft sub from subway, made a fruit salad, and a punch. I also had to get the Go Diego Go birthday cake and get baloons blown up. Luckily, my lil sis was in town so she was able to go to the park and set up while I was running. The boys got done with soccer and headed sraight to the park. Eric was suppose to change them out of their soccer clothes, but all we got was a different shirt on, so Tate looks a little nerdy!

Tate was so cute when he was blowing out the candles. He was too far away when he was blowing so nothing was happening. He put his little hand up and was waving it up and down really fast and blowing til he finally got them out.

Tate found water and got his shirt soaked so he wanted that off, but wanted to still wear his birthday ribbon.

Katie was up here for the weekend cause she was asked to prom by a boy here. So after Tates party we came back home and I did her hair. We have a girl at the salon that worked at the MAC makeup counter at Macy's for a few years, so she does this amazing job at makeup. I took Katie over to her so she could get her makeup done. She looked so pretty. She had to have her date pick her up at the salon cause of the time frame. Right before he walked in I burnt 4 of my fingers by grabbing the barrel of a curling iron. I didn't get too many pictures cause my fingers were burning! Sorry Mom!

Mothers Day-

Mothers Day was a really laid back day. When I woke up Eric had flowers and breakfast waiting for me. I went to church, and then just relaxed the rest of the day. I just have to say, that I just love being a mom! And I love my children, even tho they are so exhausting.

Field Trip-

Monday kenden's class went on another field trip, this time they went to Cirlce H Ranch. They got to ride a horse and feed them carrots. Tate was being a crab so he didn't want to ride the horse, but he fed the miniature horse a carrot. Kenden, however loved the horse ride.

Mother's Day rocks huh! I love having Tyler do everything for me that day! Also, Katie looked gorgeous. Reminds me of when Amy used to do my hair for dances.
